Fake Dustcover/Book Cover personal illustration project for one of my characters (‘Katharsis’)
On the top is a promotional book mock up I made for the cover project. The bottom shows a first concept version
On the top right: The final version of the cover front by itself.
Bottom Right: These are some colour tests I did before starting the colouring process. I ended up sticking with the green theme, because I felt that it suited the mood/idea I had on my mind better.
To the left: The character design concept for Katharsis.
I ended up leaving out some details for the cover so the text in front of it remained more readable.
